First of all congratulations on securing 13406 rank in JEE mains from general category and 2088 rank from EWS category in jee mains.

With this much rank you can easily get some of the good nits. But if you want specifically electronics engineering and electronics and communication engineering in NIT Jaipur and NIT Allahabad, then as per your rank you cannot get electronics and communication engineering in both the nits.

Here are the branches that you can get in MNIT Jaipur and NIT Allahabad as per your jee mains rank

In Mnit Jaipur you can get :-

Chemical engineering
Electrical engineering ( chances are little difficult )
Mechanical Engineering
Metallurgical and Materials Engineering

In Nit Allahabad you can easily get :-

Civil engineering
Chemical engineering.
Production and industrial engineering
Biotechnology.

Last year the general cutoff closing rank for electrical engineering in mnit Jaipur was 13357, so this year the chances are difficult of getting ee branch. Also, even from your category rank you can not get ece branch.

And in nit Allahabad you can not get both ee and ece branches.
But apart from these two nits you can also get sone of the good nits.

As you've a reserved category of EWS, you have a High chance to get ECE at nit jaipur.
According to previous year's cut off trends,
You'll definitely get your desired branch there.
