I have got ews rank of 21075,whether I'm eligible forjeeadvanced & if not in which NIT I can get admission.

21705 is a good rank and you are eligible for JEE advanced
Moreover there are around 18000 seats in NIT so this rank can help tongetvadmissions a good NIT as lots of toppers will also be pursuing engineering from iits as well after getting under cut off
So regarding institutions it depends upon the stream choose to pursue engineering and home state quota also plays significant role
