2) IIT Delhi 

- Optoelectronic and Optical communication

Other courses if you are OBC, SC, ST category

3) IIT Madras - all courses if you belong to SC, ST category

4) IIT Kharagpur (General) 

- RF and Microwave Engineering

- Telecommunications Systems 

- Visual Information and Embedded Systems Engineering
