You cannot get any seat in government college with such a high rank. If you belong to general category then you need to secure a rank within 10000 to get a seat in any government college. If you belong to any category like OBC/ST/SC then also chances are too less. But you can get a seat in a private college. If you belong to general category then you will get lower ranked private colleges. And all the allotments are done on the basis of GMR only not TFW rank.
