According to your rank , it would be tough getting iit's , however you can go for counselling , you might get a lower branch in the last rounds . However you can try for other colleges that offer admission on the basis of JEE Advanced .

JEE Advanced score can be used to take admission to many colleges other than IIT which are these  - IISC Bangalore , IISER ,IIST Thiruvananthapuram , RGIPT , IIPE .These are all national level research institutes and all are institute of national importance so you can try for them also to get admission .
