According to your rank , it would be tough getting iit's , however you can go for counselling , you might get a lower branch in the last rounds . However you can try for other colleges that offer admission on the basis of JEE Advanced .

JEE Advanced score can be used to take admission to many colleges other than IIT which are these  - IISC Bangalore , IISER ,IIST Thiruvananthapuram , RGIPT , IIPE .These are all national level research institutes and all are institute of national importance so you can try for them also to get admission .

As per cutoff trends, getting into IITs with this rank is not possible. A candidate from general category needs to secure a rank within 9000-10000 to get a seat. Even for 15000 it is difficult to say whether getting a seat in IIT is possible or not.
