If you are a denizen of west bengal then you can get chemical engineering in almost every college but if you are not a west bengal denizen then also you can get IEM, HERITAGE INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, HALDIA INSTITUTE, TECHNO INDIA etc.
