JEE Mains criteria are that the aspirant should have scored a minimum of 75% marks or should be in the top 20 percentile of their respective boards. For SC/ST category students, minimum scores required 65%. 

Now, you said that you have scored 52% in the Bihar boards. So, if you are standing in the top 20 percentile in the Bihar boards, then you are definitely eligible for appearing in JEE Mains. You can refer to the following website for any further doubts regarding JEE Mains:
