Yeah, you will. Just attend all the counselling rounds and even if you dont get CS, go for another trade in which NIT you want to pursue. You can change your trade in 2nd year. You only need good grades in 1st year for shifting. There are other governments colleges also like IITMs, IIITDMs, central universities and state universities which are good and takes students through JEE mains counselling. For you the 1st thing is to get admission in good college If you are agood student you can manage your branch later.
