Hello Dear

It totally depends upon you , there is not any specific regulations for this , if you wish to leave your seat inorder to get into the medical College then they will definitely permit you in that. So better if you are really interested in medical then try to focus on the preparation of Neet such that you will be able to take the good medical College.
