DELHI university is one the top institutions in India which provides education in several fields. The admission procedure is 12th marit based which requires more than 90% to get into best colleges of Delhi University.
Lady Shri Ram, Gargi, Daulat Ram, Indraprastha, Kamla Nehru and Zakir Hussain, these are the best amongst all for Bachelor's in psychology. There cut offs are pretty high. Then they have Deshbandhu and Vivekananda, where cut offs are slightly lenient.

Apart from this you may go for Fergusson College,Mumbai,Bethune College,Kolkata,Jagannath University,Jaipur,Mithibai College of Arts,Mumbai,Maharashtra College of Arts,Sciene and Commerce,Mumbai etcetera.
But be sure of your calling,go for this course if you are actually interested.
