PGDM is post  graduate diploma in management

DIPLOMA i.e, PGDB is preferable then doing MBA. PGDB has more opportunities and well structured course for greater future.

But when compared between PGDB and PGDM PGDB is preferable. PGDB has slight greater chances for good career when compared.
