Hi,

In Delhi University for MCom admission in SOL (school of open learning), it can be done through both merit basis as well as entrance exam. When you fill the exam form you will have to select the mode of admission that is via merit or entrance. Also for merit basis a cut off is released on the basis of which admission is given.
