You should be doing self study for atleast 5-6 hours everyday where you study theory for atleast 1½ hours and then keep solving MCQs for the remaining time. Keep a goal for every day and try to solve atleast 100-150 MCQs during the starting days and keep on increasing the number gradually. Keep in mind, you'll only get good scores if you have a grip over MCQs. Devote more time to the subject that you are weak in and try to make it strong. You should be knowing all the concepts well. You should be done with everything till the end of 2019 so that you have enough time to work on your weak topics.

Also, the portion for NEET 2020 is not expected to be changed. 

Talking about taking a drop, you need a strong heart and a powerful mindset to take this decision. If you think you can make the most out of it, then only you should be taking a drop.

For getting seat in Mbbs in government college through Neet is tough but not impossible .For preparing for Neet always try to clear your basic concept of physics chemistry and biology and though with ncert 11th 12th book .Always prepare schedule and follow a schedule and be consistent and solve previous question as you can because it give an idea how question is coming in examination .Be positive and work hard achieve your goals
