No, you can't claim it now. You have to be very careful while filling the KCET application. Before filling it you have to be very sure about your reservations like Rural, Caste, Kannada Medium , Sports and Agricultural quota etc. You cant change the application or claim the reservation later.

From next time onwards be careful while filling any kind of application.
