Hello Aspirant

Yes it is compulsory for you to have your original memo card with you during counselling. If you've lost it then contact the official authorities for giving you an another copy of your memo card.

If that is your problem I would advise you to contact an official authority in charge for your counselling and share your problem and look for a solution. That is most possible solution I can advise you now!
