This is not a big problem you can easily retrieve it from official website.you need to have the mobile number and registered number that you have filled at the time of filing the form.

Go to the the official website of nta click on the forgot application number there you need to fill up the name of the candidate and registered email id then submit it you will get an otp from the nta fill it.now you can easily access the application form whenever you want.hope it helps
