Hello,
According to the previous year cutoff, if you have marks more than 580 then you may have chances for admission to Government Medical colleges under state quota if you belong to general category.
You can refer to the NEET previous yer cutoff for Kerala to have an idea about your chances for admission to Government colleges and the expected cutoff for this year.
