In case you meet Domicile Criteria of two or more states, you may apply for 85% State quota in all those states.

You can apply for both but cut off varies state to state so can you please tell how much you are expecting?

won't they say that why you have mentioned Delhi in the neet form?
and moreover my name will not be the list that cbse will send to haryana state for counselling?

Candidates for Counselling are not sent by CBSE. You may register for Counselling in any state where you are eligible.
