I have my present address on my mci eligibility certificate and permanent address on passport will there be any problem in future to get my registration if they say both address are different.

There are no such problems expected. Now if any problem occurs then you can always give a counter argument that you have changed your permanent to the present address as a result two address differs. But in general no such problems occurs.

Ok. Thank you so much. I was really worried that I have to apply again for mci eligibility certificate.
I was thinking that may be the will ask that both address are different.
My friends we're telling me that main purpose of your passport verification is to check your stamps and visa
