Maximum allowed is -3.5 D(Myopia). So i think you can't make it.

As you know NDA is a tri-service Academy so you can apply for Army,Airforce and Navy and the maximum eye power accepted if you go through NDA entry are as follows:

Army : -2.5 D

Navy: -0.75 D

Airforce:You must have perfect 6/6 vision without any optical aid . No glasses allowed,
