Yes, you can apply for NDA, however you need to meet the visual standards set by the authority. And the visual standards for Army, Navy and Air Force are different. You can join NDA is your power limits is -2.5 to +3.5,
But you can do job in some fields only, you will be restricted from many things like Army, Navy etc.
