well, Genuinely speaking there are total of 90 seats for BBA IT course in SICSR Pune ,so already 90 students are selected and if now someone students will leave the seat , then the next 90 will get a chance ! So 394 waitlist number may or may not select depending upon how many seats are left to be filled. you never know , may be you get selected !
