My wait-list no.in BBA IT SICSR is 294. Do I stand any chance of getting selected in the second list?

Genuinely speaking there are total of 90 seats for BBA IT course in SICSR Pune ,so already 90 students are selected and if now someone students will leave the seat , then the next 90 will get a chance ! So 294 waitlist number may or may not select depending upon how many seats are left to be filled ! ALL THE BEST , you never know , may be you get selected !
