The JEE main examination action will be conducted twice from the year 2019, first in January and second in April. So, if you could no fill up the application form for January examination of JEE main, you sure are eligible for the April examination. You can also appear in both the examinations in the same year. JEE main give a candidate a total of 3 attempts to clear the examination. So, you can give JEE main exam any year up-to your third attempt.

Yeah defenetely you can give the april jee exam.New guidelines and norms say that you can give any of the jee you want and also both if you want.
So prepare well for april and give you best because you have plenty of time to prepare now.
