Unless you apply for Neet you cannot get admitted to any medical college under the purview of the medical council of India
Colleges like AIIMS and Jipmer to take separate entrance examinations and if you haven't given names that means the only option you are left with is JIPMER which is furthermore a bleak chance better luck next year

NEET is the basic exam which one has to qualify for getting into any medical college so attempting NEET is a compulsion rather than a choice . You can give a try for AIIMS as you can get selected . Success will only come your way if try and take the required steps in that direction .
Give it a shot !
Once you qualify NEET you can get into any Medical College .

NEET, AIIMS AND JIPMER are the national level competitive exams which help you get a seat in a medical college.

Even to buy a seat in management quota, you must be qualified in neet.
If would be better if you apply for the exams.

I am very sorry to say this that you cannot get admission in any medical colleges in India if you haven’t applied for NEET. every medical college in india be it a government medical college or a private one. Therefore my advice would be that you give your boards very nicely this year and prepare yourself for next year. You will be getting one full year for preparation and that may increase your possibilities of getting a seat. However next year please be very cautious about the application process details and without any delay complete those processes.

NEET IS COMPULSORY FOR ADMISSION IN MEDICINE

Dear Meenu, there's another exam named as JIPMER. If you apply for that then only you have chance for getting into a medical college. Otherwise there's no other option of getting into a medical college besides these exams.
