I think the Jipmer time period Windows are also over. so you are no longer left with an option for the year 2018

No you can't. According to govt. Of india and MCI norms, from this year , No one is allowed to take admission in any of the medical seat viz mbbs , bds without giving the NEET UG entrance exam.
However you could take a drop this year and can go with your preparation and would easily crack neet ug next year. Also there is separate exam for Aiims and Jipmer, you can give there exam and get a seat of mbbs in them, if you be in the merit list..

Dear Vivek, try filling another form of A JIPMER exam, that's your sole chance of getting into a medical college besides these other two exams. All the best

After filling JIMPER I will be open to any medical college or only to the Bangalore college that is conducting JIMPER?

JIPMER conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru college which is located in pondicherry. No Banglore college is conducting JIPMER.
So there would be any medical college option after giving JIMPER or only the Pondicherry college?
Only the Pondicherry college, but that's one of the best colleges around. Apply for it fast or the date might get over for it.
