I have missed the date of filling the NEET and AIIMS form .Do I have any other alternative way of getting into medical colleges.

I think the Jipmer time period Windows are also over. so you are no longer left with an option for the year 2018

No you can't. According to govt. Of india and MCI norms, from this year , No one is allowed to take admission in any of the medical seat viz mbbs , bds without giving the NEET UG entrance exam.
However you could take a drop this year and can go with your preparation and would easily crack neet ug next year.  Also there is separate exam for Aiims and Jipmer, you can give there exam and get a seat of mbbs in them, if you be in the merit list..

You can still write entrance exams for manipal , ramachandra , PIIMS because they conduct seperate entrance exams for their colleges . You can also go abroad and study if you want to do MBBS for sure. All the best
