If you didn’t get any seat in Round 1 and 2 of COMEDK, you will still be considered in Round 3 if you chose the Reject & Upgrade option. If you don’t get a seat in Round 3 also, you will automatically move to the next round, but you will also be given an EXIT option. This allows you to withdraw from the counselling process completely. So yes, after Round 3 with no allotment, you can choose to exit. Always check the official COMEDK portal for updates before making your decision.

If you receive no seat allocation even in Round 3 of COMEDK counselling, you will never need to exercise the 'Exit' option, as the 'Exit' option is only for candidates who received a seat allocation. If you received no seat through all the rounds, the Exit status is automatically given, and there is nothing further to do on your end.
