Hello aspirant,
Firstly, you have 1.5 months to prepare for NEET. Worrying will not help, instead the timetable should be followed for 2-3 months before the exam, and as the exam approaches, devote more time to revision and mock exams, as well as the previous year's question paper. Candidates should focus more on revision and taking practice examinations because they help us prepare better and identify our strengths and limitations.
Around 70% of the questions come from the NCERT textbooks. Candidates can use other books for preparation, but they should not overlook NCERT books or complete NCERT first before moving on to other books. But this is the case for chemistry and biology only. Biology has almost 99% of questions direct from NCERT whereas Physics has more conceptual questions. I suggest you practice mock tests and clear your concepts, even if you haven't done class 11 NCERT for physics. If your concepts are crystal clear, you can solve questions from any book, be it NCERT or any other.
All the best!
