The main eligiblity criteria for registration of ojee counselling is whether you have to qualify jee mains or you should have to give ojee exam. But you do not qualify any of these eligibilities. So i think you are not eligible for the counselling process in ojee. You can't register online at ojee website. Most of the colleges take admission on the basis of jee mains rank so you should try to give jee mains exam next year or you can choose some other courses or colleges which do not require jee mains rank.

I WAS ALSO IN CONFUSION 1 DAY AGO.BUT NOW CONFUSION CLERED.OJEE2019 DO NOT COUNDUCT EXAM FOR IST SEMESTER B TECH BECAUSE IST SEMESTER B TECH ADMISSION IS ONLY THROUGH JEE MAIN. IF U HACE A SCORE IN JEEMAIN(NO MATTER U HAVE QUALIFIED JEE MAIN OR NOT). IF U HAVE GOOD SCORE THEN U WILL GET GOOD COLLEGFE. OJEE2019 IS FOR IST SEMSTER (B PHARM,M TECH ,MCA) . FOR B TECH ONLY LATERAL(3RD SEMESTER) ENTRY EXAM IS TOB CONDUCTED(FOR DIPLOMA& BSC DEGREE HOLDER). IF U WANTDETAILS GO TO OJEE2019 READ THE BROUCHURE.

That's what I am saying... For btech1 st year you have to give jee mains exam but you hadn't given any.... You said that in your query. You should first read your question and then teach others.
