Hey Tejas !
For getting the refund, you would be required to wait for a time being because the procedure is initiated once all the rounds of counselling are over.
Since, you didn't qualify NEET, I don't think would be alloted any seat any where till the last round.
Hence after all the rounds are over, then the refunding procedure begins and soon you would have it back into the account.
