               Unfortunately, you can not sit in the CSAB special round counselling without clearing JEE Mains 2019. It is one of the basic eligibility criteria to participate in the counselling process. For more details on CSAB counselling, I suggest you refer the following link:

No you cannot sit in the csab counselling. The first eligibility criteria is that you must be jee main qualified.

Csab round is done to fill the unfilled seats in the colleges under josaa. A different seat filling is done in csab counselling. This round is also called spot or special round.
