my jee mains 2022 obc ncl rank is 29152 can i get sit in nit or iiit in special round ? what college may i get ?

At this ranks chances of you getting any, NIT or IIIT in any round whatsoever is highly unlikely. Maybe in CSAB rounds you can get some northeaster NIT that to in mechanical/chemical or production branch.
Other than that there is no possibility and that possibility too is very slim.
However NITs/IIITs aren't the only colleges in India, you can use following predictor to estimate which college you can get
