Hiii In NEET exam questions are based on both class 11th as well as 12th syllabus. So to get good score in NEET you will have to prepare both 11th as well as 12th syllabus. As only 5 months are left so i would suggest that you must not waste time in studying the complete syllabus. You can analyse the syllabus of NEET and check which topics and chapters are given more weightage and then focus on those chapters more so that you can do well in exam. You must plan your schedule keeping in mind all your day to day activities and give time to each subject physics chemistry and biology. You can solve online mock tests and solve sample papers and previous year papers to get practice and to improve your speed as well as performance. Do not stress out and stay calm and confident. Be honest towards your study and remember Hardwork never fails. If you are studying well in 12th standard then yes you would be able to clear the exam. But to score 600 you must also side by side do your 11th standard as in the NEET Exam all the three subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology are from both 11th and 12th standards.
So read textbooks of 11th Standard side by side. Complete all the subjects side by side and don't forget to be consistent to practice every day. You can definitely score well enough if you do your studies with discipline .
