Hello,
No that's not a big issue as at the time of verification at examination centre the examiners will only verify your photograph.However you can edit it when jee will provide a link for correction on their website.

https://www.jeemain.nic.in

and on the left side there is tab called remove despracny from photograph.You have to correct your photo from it.
