Hey,. The registration process for NEET is done one time and after that the information feeded by you will be permanent for all your counseling procedures. I don't think there is any provision to apply for a category at the time of counseling.

As you have not opted for the EWS Category so you will be considered under Unreserved or Genral Category at the time of counseling.
