Well i don't think that there is much to worry about, as you say that you had issued on 18october 2018 your obc-ncl certificate . but jee advanced demands of new certificates. See every certificate has a expiry date when new financial year come new certificates are issued. So if you want to cross this obstaacle, just go to our block and get that certificate issued as fast as you can
