Hello,
As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With SC category and 310 marks, you have high chances of getting a top government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in Karnataka through state quota. Some of the colleges you might get-

Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences, Mandya
Hassan Institute of Medical Sciences, Hassan
Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences, Hubli
