Dear Harsh,

At first you need to read the full instruction before applying for the form and for general information I want to tell you that every university/institute ask only the newly created documents like caste certificate and domicile certificate. If you submit the old then it will not be considered and they reject that certificate and from there you will be counted as general candidate.

So it will be better and also good to you if you create caste certificate of the current date for the safe side.
