i have only 53% in my 12th and in B.E 7.6 cgpa....can i apply for psu if i have good gate rank?

Most of the PSUs ask for 65% in graduation, but it may vary PSU to PSU and category to category as well. So below I am providing you the link where you can check all PSU information and according to that only you can apply.
