Hello,

GATE-qualified candidates need not appear for the PGCET exam. You can certainly apply for PGCET through your gate score. A separate rank list is prepared for the gate-qualified candidates and they are prioritized for the PG courses.

If a candidate does not have a valid GATE score then they may appear for the PGCET exam.
