i have opted choice 3 in mba pgcet to attend second round , but i didnt get a seat in second round should i have to pay the fine..?

Hello,

If you are enquiring regarding Karnataka PGCET Counselling then choice 3 indicates that you are not satisfied with the seat allotment in first round so you are not interested to seek admission in the institute but you are willing to participate in subsequent round to get seat in a better choice of institute. The seat allotted in the previous round will get cancelled. You do not have to pay the prescribed fee by KEA if you select choice 3. As you aren't allotted seat in second round you cannot claim the previous seat allotment also you do not have to pay any penalty or fine.
