As you have mentioned that you have domicile of Madhya Pradesh but you have completed your 10th and 12th from Uttar Pradesh. So in this case you will be eligible to seat for the counseling from MP because its your native place. If your home in MP was more than 10 years then you can seat for the 85% quota. This would help you.
