Fo NEET exam the eligibility is that you must have qualifies class 12th exam with minimum 50% in subjects Physics Chemistry and Biology.
It has nothing to do with Mathematics. And as you have mentioned that you have 60% and have qualified Physics chemistry and biology, you are surely eligible to appear in NEET exam.
