Hey Diya yes you are eligible for NEET 

because the NEET  eligibility criteria is your  class 12th marks in physics chemistry & biology should be 50% & above 

only these three subjects are taken into consideration. (PCB)

These are eligibility criteria to apply for neet,

• 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subject in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board
• 17 years as on December 31, 2019.
• UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)

So, as your aggregate pcb percentage is 52 you are eligible
