Yes you can... as after passing 12th a candidate can attempt three time for JEE main exam as a passed your 12th in 2018 so your first atom was in 2018 and your second term in 2019 now your last attempt will be in 2020.

Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA), according to NTA JEE Main candidates can participate in the entrance exam for 3 consecutive years. The exam will be conducted twice a year, they may appear in both the attempts. The attempt for an academic year will be considered as One.
