So there are many good colleges of chemical engineering  in Maharashtra ,IISER Pune is the best college for chemical engineering and some IITs also good for chemical engineering .first of all I cleard you that on the basis of your 12 th percentage you will not getting admission in any engineering for that you have to given some entrance exams like jee,cet of different states , vitee, bitsat like this exams. On the basis of this entrance score you will be eligible for cut off round of any college . And also there is management quota in many private colleges so you can get admission in there also without considering entrance scores but there fees will be more than normal colleges fee. The boards criteria has been called off for NITs, IITS, IIITs and CFTIs. You do not have to worry about boards and keep the focus on JEE MAINS and JEE ADVANCE if you want a tier 1 college. Also there are many colleges which are accepting boards score but I don't think you would get a seat to be honest. So keep your focus on entrance exams and you will be fine. Also, you can keep trying colleges based on your boards marks. Work hard and all the best.
