If your marks have been improved in the Re-exam and if the new marksheet is available at the time of admission, you can surely submit the new one.
But since the exam is in July, I dont think you can provide the new marksheet as the admission procedures might fall before you get your new marksheet. Provide whichever is available at the time of submission of documents.
