While 77% is fairly okay it is too low to get admission into one of the reputed colleges of du even with OBC reservation. You did not specify your course at this percentage i believe you will get BA programme in some of the off campus Colleges. Delhi university is a reputed university of India and it's cutoff is very high,  so a mere percentage of 77 isn't enough to land you in a good course or a good college,  you can get a seat in off campus colleges in unpopular courses like the Hindi Hons and Sanskrit hons.
Moreover,  your course and college depends on your aggregate percentage of best four subject,  and you need a BFS of more than 85 to get a good college or a good course.
