*some clothes are made specifically for an individual ,as in the case of haute couture or bespoke tailoring, today most clothing is designed for the mass market especially casual and everyday wear .

In India reasearch is also done on Fashion Designing.

Courses include Diploma or Degree course for four year.

In India various university and colleges conduct Fashion Designing courses.

Even University of Allahabad conduct 4 year degree or Bachlore in Fashion Designing courses.
