Yes, you are surely eligible for JEE Advance. Only criteria for JEE Advance is you can appear it back to back only for 2 years and you should have a minimum 75% in 12th. As you have never ever attempted JEE Advance earlier you will be eligible.

I will suggest you to work hard and try your best of JEE ADVANCE, 2020 .
